We ship all of our orders worldwide for free. We can do this because we work together with the biggest postal services (DHL, UPS, FedEx).

How are the paintings shipped out?
For Framed orders: We carefully package the framed painting and ship it out in a sturdy cardboard box.
For Rolled Canvas orders: We carefully roll up the cotton canvas and place it in a protective tube and then ship out.
What are the shipping times?
Our paintings are shipped with Express shipping which usually takes up to 5 business days. Before your painting is shipped, it goes through the painting, drying, and framing process, which usually takes around 10-20 business days combined.
Please keep in mind that the shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
Has my order reached to framing workshop in the Netherlands?

What is my shipment tracking number?
Once the painting is completed, the tracking code will be redirected to you and you will be able to see an updated tracking report in the system. If you ordered a framed painting, DHL will reach out to the email or phone number you registered with us. They will give you the ETA.
